Registered Nurse (RN) – Day & Night Shifts (7a–7p / 7p–7a)

Momentous Health at Vandalia is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on both Day and Night 12-hour shifts . If you’re committed to providing excellent clinical care and want to work in a supportive, resident-centered environment, we want YOU on our team.
⭐ Available ShiftsDay Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (with shift differential)
Provide high-quality skilled nursing care
Perform assessments and monitor for changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with STNAs and the interdisciplinary team
Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and providers
Complete thorough, regulatory-compliant documentation
