Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on test automation
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and strong Java programming skills; Python or C# experience is also acceptable
• Hands-on experience with TestNG, JUnit, Pytest, or NUnit, and the Page Object Model pattern
• Strong manual testing skills across functional, integration, system, and regression testing, including exploratory testing
• Experience with Git and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of SQL for validation and data checks
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to varied audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
• Preferred: Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber; familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner; understanding of security testing concepts and tools; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; exposure to Docker and Kubernetes; relevant QA or test automation certifications; or mobile test automation experience

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to establish test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Selenium WebDriver automation in Java
• Create and execute manual test plans and cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Perform exploratory testing to identify defects and usability issues beyond scripted test coverage
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks, including Page Object Model with TestNG or JUnit and Cucumber BDD
• Run automated test suites, analyze failures, document defects, and work with developers on resolutions
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing with appropriate automation coverage
• Test APIs with Postman or Swagger to validate backend services
• Write and run SQL queries to validate databases and data integrity
• Participate in automation-script code reviews to uphold standards and best practices
• Report testing progress, defect status, and product quality metrics to stakeholders
• Research tools and methods to improve QA efficiency and effectiveness
• Help continuously improve software quality processes and practices
