Contributing to the development of contact center operational insights, the full-time remote Contact Center Specialist will gather and input operational data, analyze efficiency, and assist in preparing reports while supporting customers with information and resources. Key responsibilities Gather and input standard operational data to support contact center operations analysis and assist in the preparation of operational reports Support contact center services by addressing customer inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources following established procedures Contribute to service quality by gathering information for the investigation of service quality concerns and learning to address performance issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent, or a minimum of one (1) year experience in a corporate or business office environment Basic knowledge of labor environment regulations, performance standards, and operational measures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills Ability to build relationships and act with compassion in customer interactions Experience in healthcare or another heavily regulated industry is preferred
